Spiced Maple Manhattan

This cocktail is a spinoff of the classic Manhattan but with a sweet and spicy twist. Get the full blog here.

Serves 1

1/4 oz. Infused Vanilla

1 Maraschino Cherries

2 Dashes of Bitters and Orange

2 oz. Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz. Vermouth, Sweet Red

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing glass, stir the bourbon, vermouth, maple syrup and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain into a lowball glass and garnish with a cherry.

 

Hot Apple Pie Bourbon Cocktail

You really can’t go wrong with this sweet drink that is sure to complement any chilly autumn night.

Serves 2

1/2 cups apple cider

1 stick of cinnamon (or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon) plus more for stirring sticks

20 allspice berries (or 1/4 tsp ground allspice)

3 oz bourbon

1/4 cup butterscotch sauce 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, bring the cider just to a simmer. Shut off the burner, add the cinnamon and allspice, cover and let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in the bourbon and the butterscotch sauce.
  3. Divide the drink into two glasses. Garnish each with a cinnamon stick.

Rumchata Pumpkin Pie Martini

This Rumchata recipe is just what you’ll be looking for after a long week when the clock strikes 5 pm.

2 parts RumChata

1 part Vanilla Vodka

1 Part Pumpkin Syrup (or substitute 3 tbsp pumpkin pie filling

Cinnamon (add to taste)

Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass; sprinkle with cinnamon.
