Weekend What to Do: Christmas Carol High School

Are you tired of the same-old-same-old Christmas stories?  Come see Penfield’s Young Open & Honest Players (YOHP) perform a new twist on the classic Christmas Carol.  Christmas Carol High School was written by Mark Landon Smith, where the resident “Mr Scrooge” is Meredith Priestly- the mean girl of her High School.

What lessons will the ghosts of Christmas past, present & future teach Meredith?  Come see the show Friday the 13th or Saturday the 14th!  Both shows at 7 pm at the Penfield Community Center.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students; they are available at the door or online.

YOHP is a youth drama program for students in Junior High & High School.  They put on three shows a year, as well as a musical in the summer.
